Job summary

World Acceptance Corporation of Missouri is seeking a Branch Manager responsible for driving branch growth, portfolio performance, and profitability through loan production, tax services, and customer retention in a performance-driven environment. You will recruit and develop a capable team, oversee operations and compliance, and pursue community outreach to grow the business.

Compensation ranges from $40,000 to $55,000 with performance bonuses based on results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Must be able to independently perform all required bank runs, including transporting deposits.
• At least one year of management experience or completion of management training.

Responsibilities

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax preparation production, profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through customer outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
• Review, approve, and close loans within company guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collection efforts to maintain portfolio performance.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop branch employees and hold them to performance expectations.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and laws.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and make sound business decisions.
