Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversees sales, servicing and operational functions of a branch; explains bank programs and policies.
• Establishes goals for branch marketing, operations and sales; evaluates activity statistics and reports.
• Maintains security controls; monitors access; on-call for security breaches.
• Coaches and develops staff to actively sell, refer, deliver and promote bank products and services.
• Ensures compliance with bank standards and regulatory training; completes quarterly branch checklist.
• Coaches staff and communicates branch objectives; conducts staff meetings; manages staffing and performance considerations.
• Maintains knowledge of bank products and services and competitive offerings.
• Contacts customers to retain and expand banking relationships; advises on financial matters.
