Ōnin Staffing seeks a dynamic Business Manager to launch and grow a Houston branch. You will lead daily operations, drive sales, recruit and coach a high-performing team, and develop client partnerships to deliver staffing solutions tailored to market needs.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in leadership, strong communication, and a results-driven mindset. English/Spanish bilingual abilities and a business degree are preferred for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in staffing, sales, or business development.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver measurable results.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
