World Finance Company of Mississippi, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager in Mississippi to drive branch growth, loan production, tax preparation volume, and portfolio performance. You will lead a team, nurture customer relationships, and ensure compliant operations in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities include reviewing loans, expanding the customer base through outreach and referrals, managing collections, and maintaining strong daily branch operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Minimum of 1 year of management experience or completion of a management training program.

Responsibilities

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax preparation production, profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through outreach, referrals, community engagement, networking, and promotion of branch products and services.
• Review, approve, and close loans within company guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collection efforts to minimize losses.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop branch employees while holding them accountable for performance.
