Qualifications

• Two to five years of banking experience preferred.

• Interpersonal skills to include trust, diplomacy, courtesy and tact.

• Microsoft Windows environment proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch retail growth and profitability.
• Coach and develop staff to maximize sales and service quality.
• Maintain legendary customer service and control expenses.
• Coordinate staff efforts to complete branch operations efficiently.
• Lead staff promotions, transfers and salary actions as needed.
• Plan daily goals and assign tasks with follow-up.
• Monitor office tasks like CTR, NSF, cash handling, and payroll.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Represent the bank positively in the community and at events.
