Sunflower Bank, N.A. in Dripping Springs, TX is seeking an energetic Branch Manager to lead the team at our local branch.

You will drive retail growth and profitability by coaching staff, delivering legendary customer service, and managing daily operations to meet branch goals. The role requires 2–5 years banking experience with supervisory responsibility, strong communication, financial acumen, and a proven ability to build relationships in the community.

Formación

• Two to five years of similar or related experience; banking experience preferred; supervisory experience required.
• Must relate well with others and build effective business relationships.
• Sound judgement and decision making skills.
• Proficiency with math calculations.
• Computer proficiency in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal, telephone and written communication skills.
• Sales ability and persuasiveness.
• Interpersonal skills to include a significant level of trust, diplomacy, courtesy and tact.
• Exceptional customers service, sales, leadership, teamwork and management skills.
• Working knowledge of bank operations.
• Ability to develop and achieve group goals in accordance with defined parameters.

Responsabilidades

• Drive branch growth and profitability through deposits, lending, and cross-sell initiatives.
• Lead and coach staff; ensure legendary customer service and adherence to policies.
• Represent the bank at community events; engage with outside organizations.
• Hire, train, set expectations, and evaluate staff; manage promotions and payroll.
• Maintain qualified staff and manage floater pool.
• Develop staff to deliver exceptional service and resolve customer issues.
• Plan daily goals and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor CTR, NSF, Teller errors, FTE, and payroll.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and security.
• Act as branch security representative.
