Chase is seeking an accomplished Branch Manager to lead a busy branch, delivering attentive service and creating a welcoming environment for clients and teammates. You will drive growth in deposits and investments while overseeing operations and coaching the team for success.

You will represent the Chase brand with hospitality, leverage the latest banking solutions and technology, and work with specialists to meet clients' financial needs. Weekend/evening hours required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all branch operations and staff.
• Grow deposits and investments through customer engagement and referrals.
• Provide attentive, friendly service and a welcoming branch environment.
• Coach the team for success and build a high-performing culture.
• Foster relationships with clients and local businesses to strengthen presence.
