Continental Battery Systems is seeking a Branch Manager in New Jersey to lead the branch's operations and sales growth while ensuring exceptional customer service. You will guide branch personnel, enforce policies, and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer experience to drive profitable sales.
• Maintain strategic relationships with top 20% of branch clients.
• Pursue and maintain preferred vendor status with key accounts.
• Lead and mentor branch personnel to achieve targets.
• Coordinate with Regional Manager to meet sales objectives.
• Oversee branch financial performance and budgeting.
