Job summary

Guaranty Bank is seeking a Branch Manager responsible for the full operation of a branch, including client service, sales, and supervision of Community and Relationship Bankers. You will ensure timely, courteous service, regulatory compliance, and staff development to meet growth goals.

Responsibilities include leading lobby and drive-up operations, achieving sales targets, and implementing process improvements while maintaining strong knowledge of banking products and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Three years banking, client service, or retail experience; one year lending preferred.
• Three years supervisory experience.
• Excellent client service skills.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop others.
• Ability to interpret and communicate financial information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all branch operations for client service, sales and supervision of staff.
• Develop and achieve sales and business development goals for the branch.
• Provide strategic leadership and handle workflow, staffing and resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify fraud and ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Grow consumer client base through Partnership Banking and market initiatives.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage performance and development.
