Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience; 1 year of leadership experience.
• OR a bachelor's degree and 3 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience.
• OR completion of Branch Manager in Training (MIT) with 6 months of MIT experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and comfort with technology-driven banking.
