Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through referral management, leveraging sales leads, outbound calling, and identifying customer financial needs.
• Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling Bank products and services.
• Incorporate FNB digital products into customer interactions.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Assist with daily sales activity through branch staff coaching and sales huddles.
• Monitor and measure sales results and coordinate operational duties as assigned.
• Perform traditional teller transactions as needed.
• Support risk management per FNB policies and procedures.
