Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Retail Banking
• 5+ years managing tellers and other banking personnel
• Branch Operations Management
• BSA / CTR Compliance Knowledge
• Outgoing, relationship-focused personality
• Leadership and coaching experience
• Consumer banking, account-opening, and lending knowledge
• Customer relationship management and cross-selling experience

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build client relationships.
• Promote banking products and services to meet customer needs and branch goals.
• Open new accounts and assist with lending and credit-related applications.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, security procedures, and audit requirements.
• Monitor cash controls, balancing procedures, and branch operations.
• Oversee teller functions, vault operations, ATM balancing, wire transfers, and account research.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues and account discrepancies.
• Train, coach, and support team members.
• Prepare operational, compliance, risk, and sales reports.
• Participate in community outreach and business development activities.
