RedKey Realty Leaders - St. Louis is seeking a Branch Manager to drive agent growth, profitability, and culture at the Lake Saint Louis office.

You will oversee recruiting, retention, agent development, and ensure compliance and operational efficiency while collaborating with the Corporate Team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in real estate sales, 2+ years in leadership, and a strong grasp of contract law and real estate technology.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate Broker License (Missouri; additional states a plus)
• 5+ years of real estate sales experience
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience within a brokerage or team
• Strong understanding of contract law, compliance, and real estate operations
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and facilitation skills
• Proficiency with real estate technology and transaction management platforms
• High integrity, emotional intelligence, and commitment to agent success

Responsabilités

• Mentor and coach agents through regular one-on-one sessions focused on production goals and development
• Host workshops and trainings in-office to strengthen agent skills
• Identify performance trends and help agents develop strategic plans to increase productivity
• Champion a culture of collaboration, growth, and service across the team
• Lead ongoing recruiting efforts and maintain a pipeline of candidates
• Oversee daily office operations ensuring efficiency and standards
• Collaborate with Corporate Team on onboarding and systems implementation
• Represent RedKey at community events and promote brand values
