Job summary

RedKey is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing real estate office in Missouri. You will drive agent growth, profitability, and culture, oversee recruiting and retention, support agent development, ensure compliance, and maintain operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with the Corporate Team to align local operations with company-wide initiatives and strategic goals. The role requires a Missouri broker license, 5+ years of real estate sales, and 2+ years of leadership

Qualifications

• Active Missouri Real Estate Broker License (additional states a plus).
• 5+ years of real estate sales experience with a proven listings, buyer representation, and client service track record.
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience within a brokerage or team environment.
• Strong understanding of contract law, compliance, and real estate operations.
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with real estate technology and transaction management platforms.
• High integrity, emotional intelligence, and commitment to agent success.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach agents with regular one-on-one sessions focused on production goals and professional development.
• Host in-office workshops and trainings to strengthen agent skills and support company-wide programs.
• Identify performance trends and help agents develop strategic plans to increase productivity.
• Champion RedKey's culture of collaboration, growth and service—empowering agents to reach their potential.
• Lead ongoing recruitment efforts with a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with Corporate Team to ensure seamless onboarding for new agents.
• Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency and alignment with RedKey standards.
• Supervise staff with weekly meetings and quarterly check-ins.
• Ensure smooth implementation of company systems, marketing initiatives and communications.
• Represent RedKey at community, board, and industry events, promoting brand and values.
• Encourage teamwork and celebrate achievements across agents and staff.
