Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Branch Manager for the St Louis markets, based in Brentwood, MO. You will lead a branch team, drive deposits and investments, and deliver exceptional client experiences through proactive coaching and a culture of service.

This role emphasizes risk controls, community involvement, and technology-enabled solutions to meet client needs. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of branch leadership experience, a passion for service, and the ability to work extended hours

Qualifications

Proven leadership with coaching and empowering teams.
Strong multitasking across branch priorities.
Decisive in changing, fast-paced environments.
Experience maintaining a strong risk and control environment.
Ability to educate and connect teams, partners, and clients with technology.
2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or Chase leadership experience.
High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
Flexibility to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Use the Branch Scorecard to grow deposits and investments.
Understand and meet client needs to build lasting relationships and trust.
Develop a high-performing team through coaching and feedback.
Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team.
Build relationships with local businesses to strengthen branch presence.
Maintain strong risk controls and adhere to policies and procedures.
