Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Retail Office Manager to lead a team of sales and service professionals, driving branch growth and service excellence. You will coach Associates, manage daily operations and budgeting, and ensure compliance with bank policies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail banking experience, 5+ years of supervisory work, and strong knowledge of deposit/loan products. Flexibility for 2–3 Saturdays per month is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in retail banking is required.
Minimum 5 years of management or supervisory experience in retail banking.
Strong knowledge of deposit and retail loan products; familiarity with business lending products.
Strong coaching and communication skills; ability to develop staff.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of branch associates to meet growth and service targets.
Oversee branch operations, budgeting, profitability, and compliance.
Make staffing decisions, performance appraisals, and provide ongoing feedback.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and develop associates' selling and service skills.
