• Motivate Universal Banker staff to deliver excellent client service and achieve goals.
• Foster a positive work environment that supports development.
• Build strong client relationships with local businesses and community members.
• Address inquiries and escalations promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and assist with staff evaluations.
• Utilize CRM to analyze client interactions and identify opportunities.
