Job summary

HomeTeam seeks a General Manager to lead a local pest control branch and the Taexx system, overseeing sales, marketing, installation, and service to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will manage financial performance, develop strategies with homebuilders, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with state regulations while fostering a positive, growth-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED; College degree preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, and office administration.
• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all branch operations for pest control and the Taexx system, including sales, marketing, installation, and service.
• Develop and execute an effective sales and marketing strategy.
• Maintain certification/licensing as required by state/region management.
• Create a positive work environment and attract qualified staff.
• Prepare reports and projections to meet corporate requirements.
• Lead relationships with homebuilders and coordinate with corporate staff for national/multi-market opportunities.
• Delegate duties and ensure policy adherence.
