HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking a General Manager to lead all branch operations, including pest control and the Taexx built-in system, while driving sales and marketing initiatives. You will manage budgets, develop strategies, and ensure customer expectations are met, collaborating with subordinates and regional management.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and maintaining licensing requirements, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to homebuilders and homeowners.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in a management role.
• Experience with sales, marketing and office administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise, coach and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage all branch operations for pest control and Taexx system, including sales, marketing, installation and service.
• Lead and coordinate sales and marketing strategies to meet financial goals.
• Prepare operational and financial projections and develop strategies to achieve targets.
• Maintain certifications/licensing as required by state and region management.
• Foster a positive work environment and attract qualified staff.
• Oversee homebuilder relationships at local level and coordinate with corporate staff.
