InCharge Energy is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day sales and revenue generation for the Sales & Service office. This strategic leadership role drives service and construction revenue, grows backlog, and maintains accountability to gross margin goals.

You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team, streamline sales-to-operations workflows, and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture across the region. You will manage full P&L, oversee hiring, training, and development, and partner with

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership in branch ops or related industries.
• Proven success managing branch performance: financials, customer satisfaction, safety.
• Experience leading a new branch or market from startup to growth.
• Experience managing P&L, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
