Landscape Workshop in Clearwater, FL is seeking a General Manager to own the performance, culture, and growth of the local branch. You will lead a team, uphold safety and customer service, and partner with our corporate support to ensure high-quality results.

As GM, you will drive sales opportunities, manage budgets, oversee operations across projects, recruit and mentor crews, and ensure 90%+ customer retention through proactive management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years managing teams in a production or service environment.
• Proven success managing customer relationships and driving revenue.
• Ability to complete takeoffs and estimate maintenance work.
• Experience interpreting financial statements and using metrics to guide decisions.
• Two- or four-year degree in horticulture or landscape management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch performance, culture, and growth.
• Oversee production schedules, resource planning, and quality control.
• Maintain labor efficiency and optimize workflows.
• Achieve or exceed budgeted financial goals by managing expenses and revenue.
• Drive new sales opportunities with the Business Development Manager.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
• Maintain active recruiting pipeline to meet staffing needs.
