Job summary

SIXT in Salt Lake City is seeking a General Manager to own branch operations at downtown and airport locations. You’ll lead a team, drive profitability, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while overseeing fleet and sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; 5+ years in sales, business development, or customer service.
• Experience in the car rental industry is required.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects of designated branches, including downtown and/or airport locations
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with business requirements, enhance operational processes, and foster employee engagement
• Spearhead revenue growth strategies, analyze costs effectively, and optimize incremental sales opportunities
• Provide strategic oversight of business operations to ensure alignment of resources, training, and infrastructure to meet KPIs
• Offer guidance, mentorship, coaching, and leadership to nurture employee growth and development plans
• Manage budgets, employee reviews, training, schedules, and contract negotiations for optimal efficiency
