Job summary

SIXT is seeking a General Manager to own operations across downtown and/or airport branches. You will lead a team, guide strategic initiatives, manage fleets, and drive profitability while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

The role offers a base salary of $77,000 per year, a company car, and bonus opportunities as part of a dynamic mobility brand. You’ll have avenues for career growth with a global mobility leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development or customer service.
• Experience in the car rental industry is required.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects of designated branches (downtown and/or airport).
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue and KPIs.
• Lead cost analysis and optimize incremental sales opportunities.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, training and contract negotiations.
• Provide mentorship and leadership for staff development.
