SIXT in Baltimore seeks a General Manager to own branch operations across downtown and airport locations. You will lead a team, drive profitability, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in a mobility brand environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in sales, business development or customer service, and travel up to 40%. A company car and bonus plan support the total compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years in sales, business development or customer service.
• Experience in the car rental industry is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects of designated branches, including downtown and/or airport locations
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with business requirements, enhance operational processes, and foster employee engagement
• Spearhead revenue growth strategies, analyze costs effectively, and optimize incremental sales opportunities
• Provide strategic oversight of business operations to ensure alignment of resources, training, and infrastructure to meet set targets and KPIs
• Offer guidance, mentorship, coaching, and leadership to nurture employee growth and development plans
• Manage budgets, employee reviews, training, schedules, and contract negotiations for optimal efficiency
