Qualifikationen

• Significant financial service and sales experience.
• Ability to meet branch sales objectives.

• Weekend work and relief capacity at other branches.
• Minimum three years of related experience preferred.
• College degree in business administration or related field preferred; or a high school diploma with extensive managerial experience at a financial institution.

Aufgaben

• Manage branch staff including coaching, performance, and development.
• Coach, train, and hold staff accountable for using Avadian's Sales Flow Model.
• Ensure staff knowledge of Avadian products and processes.
• Provide consistent communication regarding 90-day action plans and corporate initiatives.
• Assess staff to evaluate training, sales flow confidence, and operational efficiencies; ensure CRM knowledge.
• Develop and implement branch sales goals and directives while maintaining a delightful branch experience.
• Monitor branch financial performance.
• Work on weekends and serve in relief at other branches.
• Continuously recruit for future staff.
• Represent and promote Avadian in communities served.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
