Axis Portable Air LLC in Atlanta area is hiring a Branch Coordinator to support sales, dispatch, and field ops. The role is full-time, hourly, with overtime opportunities, and pays $24.00-$32.50 per hour plus bonus opportunities.

You’ll manage quotes, scheduling, safety, contracts, and on-site load/deliver/install work. The job requires 1+ year in operations or HVAC, strong communication, organization, and a clean driving record; DOT card preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years in operations/dispatch or leadership in HVAC/mechanical service.
• Dispatch and Scheduling Skills: manage dispatch and resource allocation.
• Technical Knowledge: familiarity with HVAC/mechanical equipment.
• Customer Service Skills: strong communication and problem-solving.
• Organizational Skills: detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Tech Proficiency: Microsoft Office and operations software.
• Safety Focus: understanding of safety regulations.
• Clean Driving Record: valid license with clean 5-year history.
• DOT Medical Card: ability to obtain and maintain.
• Desire to Grow: grow in contract and branch management and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Activity: Create quotes and proposals; coordinate ETAs and meetings.
• Manage Daily Dispatch: schedule routes and allocate resources.
• Safety and Compliance: enforce safety protocols and train weekly.
• Contract Management: ensure contract accuracy with AR/finance.
• Load, Deliver & Install Equipment: travel to sites, including overnight stays.
