Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Home Health Branch Director to lead clinical services, set care standards, and ensure quality patient outcomes in the Denver area.

This leadership role oversees branch operations while remaining able to provide direct patient care in the field during the transition period, including Loveland/Longmont coverage.

Qualifications

• RN license (ASN or BSN) required.
• 1–2 years health services administration experience with supervisory/administrative role in Home Health or related program.
• 5 years leadership or business development experience preferred.
• Colorado state license to practice.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and supervision to Clinical Manager(s) to promote quality home care services.
• Maintain office operations efficiently and safely, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Address and correct deficiencies identified during surveys or audits.
• Supervise all administrative staff and oversee clinical staff with Clinical Manager(s).
• Direct, coordinate, and evaluate the branch overall.
• Participate in administrative on-call coverage one week per month.
• Assist with launching and growing Loveland/Longmont branch.

Overview

Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a new leadership opportunity? ADORATION HOME HEALTH is seeking a passionate, dedicated Home Health Branch Director to join our team in Denver, CO. Our Branch Directors lead clinical services, set care standards, and ensure quality patient outcomes. This hands‑on role requires you to oversee branch operations and provide direct patient care in the field as needed.

The Branch Director will spend 60–90 days recruiting, building, and developing a team of clinicians in Denver, before transitioning to a new branch serving the Loveland/Longmont area. Mileage reimbursement will be provided for the additional commute during the temporary assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and supervision to the Clinical Manager(s) to promote effective performance and delivery of quality home care services.
• Maintain office operations in an efficient, productive, and organized manner, ensuring a safe work environment and compliance with local ordinances and safety regulations.
• Address and correct deficiencies identified during internal or external surveys or audits.
• Supervise all administrative staff and oversee clinical staff in collaboration with the Clinical Manager(s).
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the branch.
• Participate in administrative on‑call coverage one week per month.
• Assist with the successful launch and growth of the new Loveland/Longmont branch.

Qualifications

• RN license (ASN or BSN).
• Minimum of one to two years of health services administration experience with at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in Home Health Care or a related health care program.
• Five years of experience in leadership or business development preferred.
• Valid state license practicing in Colorado.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, team‑building, and operational management skills.
• Willingness to provide direct patient care in the field when needed.
• Ability to travel between branch locations during the transition period.
