Adoration Health, a BrightSpring Health Services affiliate, seeks an experienced Home Health RN Branch Director for the Denver, CO area. You will lead clinical services, set care standards, and ensure quality patient outcomes while overseeing branch operations and providing direct patient care as needed.

The role requires clinical leadership in Home Health, willingness to travel between Denver and Loveland/Longmont locations during the transition, and on-call coverage as part of administrative

Responsibilities

• Provide support and supervision to the Clinical Manager(s) to promote effective performance and delivery of quality home care services.
• Maintain office operations in an efficient, productive, effective, and organized manner, providing a safe working environment for employees.
• Ensure deficiencies identified during surveys or audits are addressed and corrected.
• Provide direct supervision to all administrative staff at the Branch and oversee clinical staff.
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Branch.

Office Location: Denver, CO | Loveland/Longmont, CO Coverage area:Denver, CO

Schedule:Monday-Friday 8-5 w/ rotated on-call

• The Branch Director will be based in the Denver, CO area for approximately 60–90 days to recruit, build, and develop a team of clinicians. Once the team is established, the Branch Director and clinical team will transition to a new branch serving the Loveland/Longmont, CO area.

  This is a hands‑on leadership role that requires the Branch Director to oversee branch operations while also providing direct patient care in the field as needed.

  During the temporary assignment in Denver, mileage reimbursement will be provided for the additional commute.

  Additional responsibilities include:

  • Participating in administrative on‑call coverage one week per month.
  • Leading and supporting clinical staff while ensuring high‑quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
  • Assisting with the successful launch and growth of the new Loveland/Longmont branch.

Responsibilities

As a Home Health RN Branch Director, You will:

• Provide support and supervision to the Clinical Manager(s) to promote effective performance and delivery of quality home care services
• Maintain office operations in an efficient, productive, effective, and organized manner, providing a safe working environment for employees. Meet local ordinances and fire and safety regulations in compliance with the company policies
• Ensure deficiencies identified during internal or external surveys, or audits are addressed and correctedli>
• Provide direct supervision to all administrative staff at the Branch and oversee clinical staff through collaboration with the Clinical Manager(s)
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Branch

Qualifications

• RN license (either ASN or BSN)
• Minimum of one to two years of experience in health services administration, with at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in Home Health Care or a related Health Care program, per state specific and federal requirements
• Five years of experience in leadership or business development, preferredchild
• Valid license from the state practicing in
• Current CPR certification
