Adoration Home Health in Denver, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead a new branch as Branch Director. You will guide clinical services, establish care standards, and ensure quality patient outcomes while coordinating with the Clinical Manager.

The role requires leadership, Home Health experience, and willingness to travel between Denver and Loveland/Longmont as the new team scales. A valid RN license and CPR certification are required, with on‑call and occasional direct patient care

Location & Coverage

Office Location: Denver, CO | Loveland/Longmont, CO

Coverage area: Denver, CO

Schedule

Monday‑Friday 8‑5 with rotated on‑call.

Key Responsibilities

• Based in Denver, CO for 60–90 days to recruit, build, and develop a team of clinicians.
• Transition to a new branch serving the Loveland/Longmont area once the team is established.
• Hands‑on leadership: oversee branch operations while also providing direct patient care as needed.
• Participate in administrative on‑call coverage one week per month.
• Lead and support clinical staff, ensuring high‑quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with the launch and growth of the new Loveland/Longmont branch.
• Provide direct supervision to all administrative staff and oversee clinical staff in collaboration with the Clinical Manager.
• Ensure deficiencies identified during internal or external surveys or audits are addressed and corrected.
• Provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the branch.

Required Qualifications

• Clinical Manager leadership experience (required).
• Home Health experience (required).
• Strong leadership, team‑building, and operational management skills.
• Willingness to provide direct patient care in the field when needed.
• Ability to travel between branch locations during the transition period.
• RN license (ASN or BSN).
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in health services administration, with at least 1 year supervisory or administrative experience in Home Health Care or a related program, per state and federal requirements.
• Five years experience in leadership or business development preferred.
• Valid state license.
• Current CPR certification.

Salary Range

USD $95,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
