BrightSpring Health Services’ Adoration Health seeks a Home Health RN Branch Director in Chattanooga, TN to lead the clinical team, oversee branch operations, and drive quality patient outcomes in a home health setting.

The role requires an RN license (ASN/BSN), 1–2 years in health services administration with supervisory experience in home health, CPR certification, and strong leadership abilities. This full-time position offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• RN license (ASN or BSN) is required.
• Minimum 1–2 years in health services administration with supervisory experience in Home Health or related field.
• 5 years of leadership or business development experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and supervision to the Clinical Manager(s) to promote performance and quality home care.
• Maintain efficient, safe office operations and ensure compliance with local ordinances and safety regulations.
• Address deficiencies identified during surveys or audits.
• Supervise Branch administrative staff and coordinate with Clinical Manager(s).
• Direct overall branch direction, coordination, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

As a Home Health RN Branch Director, You will:

• Provide support and supervision to the Clinical Manager(s) to promote effective performance and delivery of quality home care services
• Maintain office operations in an efficient, productive, effective, and organized manner, providing a safe working environment for employees. Meet local ordinances and fire and safety regulations in compliance with the company policies
• Ensure deficiencies identified during internal or external surveys, or audits are addressed and corrected
• Provide direct supervision to all administrative staff at the Branch and oversee clinical staff through collaboration with the Clinical Manager(s)
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Branch

Qualifications

• RN license (either ASN or BSN)
• Minimum of one to two years of experience in health services administration, with at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in Home Health Care or a related Health Care program, per state specific and federal requirements
• Five years of experience in leadership or business development, preferred
• Valid license from the state practicing in
• Current CPR certification
