Job summary

Adoration Health in Belpre, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse to step into the Home Health Branch Director role. Lead clinical services, set care standards, and drive quality patient outcomes while shaping branch performance.

The ideal candidate will have Home Health leadership experience, RN licensed (ASN or BSN), CPR, and a track record of supervising teams and improving operations within a compliant, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• RN license (ASN or BSN)
• 1–2 years of health services administration experience with supervisory/administrative responsibilities in Home Health or related care
• 5 years of leadership or business development experience preferred
• State license in good standing
• CPR certification current

Responsibilities

• Provide support and supervision to the Clinical Manager(s) to promote effective performance and delivery of quality home care services
• Maintain office operations in an efficient, productive, effective, and organized manner, ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with local ordinances and safety regulations
• Ensure deficiencies identified during surveys or audits are addressed and corrected
• Direct supervision of all administrative staff at the branch and oversight of clinical staff through the Clinical Manager(s)
• Oversee the Branch's overall direction, coordination, and evaluation

Responsibilities

As a Home Health RN Branch Director, You will:

• Provide support and supervision to the Clinical Manager(s) to promote effective performance and delivery of quality home care services
• Maintain office operations in an efficient, productive, effective, and organized manner, providing a safe working environment for employees. Meet local ordinances and fire and safety regulations in compliance with the company policies
• Ensure deficiencies identified during internal or external surveys, or audits are addressed and corrected
• Provide direct supervision to all administrative staff at the Branch and oversee clinical staff through collaboration with the Clinical Manager(s)
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Branch

Qualifications

• RN license (either ASN or BSN)
• Minimum of one to two years of experience in health services administration, with at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in Home Health Care or a related Health Care program, per state specific and federal requirements
• Five years of experience in leadership or business development, preferred
• Valid license from the state practicing in
• Current CPR certification
