Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks an RN Branch Director for Florence, SC. Lead clinical services, set care standards, and drive quality outcomes in a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule.

Oversee clinicians, ensure operational excellence, and foster professional development within a mission-driven team dedicated to compassionate home health care.

Qualifications

• RN license (ASN or BSN) required.
• 1–2 years of health services administration experience with supervisory/administrative exposure.
• 5 years of leadership or business development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to the Clinical Manager(s) to promote quality care.
• Maintain efficient office operations and ensure safety and compliance.
• Address deficiencies found in surveys/audits and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise branch staff and collaborate with Clinical Managers.
• Direct, coordinate, and evaluate overall branch performance.

Responsibilities

As a Home Health RN Branch Director, You will:

• Provide support and supervision to the Clinical Manager(s) to promote effective performance and delivery of quality home care services
• Maintain office operations in an efficient, productive, effective, and organized manner, providing a safe working environment for employees. Meet local ordinances and fire and safety regulations in compliance with the company policies
• Ensure deficiencies identified during internal or external surveys, or audits are addressed and corrected
• Provide direct supervision to all administrative staff at the Branch and oversee clinical staff through collaboration with the Clinical Manager(s)
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Branch

Qualifications

• RN license (either ASN or BSN)
• Minimum of one to two years of experience in health services administration, with at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in Home Health Care or a related Health Care program, per state specific and federal requirements
• Five years of experience in leadership or business development, preferred
• Valid license from the state practicing in
• Current CPR certification
