Job summary

CAT Scale Global seeks a Branch Operations Leader to oversee daily branch activities in North Carolina, directing branch supervisors and coordinating all business functions and key metrics.

You will recruit and train staff, manage budgets, oversee financials, and ensure compliance with corporate procedures while reporting on financial and operational performance to ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, logistics or transportation related field including five (5) years of experience with 3PL transportation or inside brokerage sales.
• Proven ability to generate revenue from major customers.
• Experience working in a deadline-driven environment preferred.
