You will coach the Retail Branch Team, oversee cash handling, audits, and client inquiries. A strong background in bank operations and customer relations is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and proficient in multitasking.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated team player with professional appearance.
• Completion of required training and certificates for job function.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash handling and transaction processing.
• Coach and mentor Retail Branch Team for optimal performance and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Open consumer accounts and perform account maintenance.
• Assist with audits, scheduling, and operational reporting.
