Job summary

The Auto Club Group in Myrtle Beach is hiring a Branch Customer Service Representative to greet members, promote membership and travel products, and drive satisfaction and sales. The position is based at 3733 Oleander Dr, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577, with an 8:30am–6pm schedule and possible rotating Saturdays.

You will handle member inquiries, generate leads, process payments, and support branch goals in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer experience in a service environment with timely solutions.
• Problem solving with ownership and good judgment.
• Digital confidence with MS Office and workplace tech.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership, travel products, and banking offerings.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance specials, provide travel information, and conduct outbound calls.
• Respond to member inquiries, help resolve complaints, and escalate when appropriate.
• Process payments for policies, travel products, tickets, and money products while balancing the cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to staff and assist branch goals during peak periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
