The Concord Group is seeking a Claims Clerk to support servicing and processing of policyholder claims. You will provide clerical support to help ensure claims resolve accurately and timely.
You will handle FNOL intake, manage a high volume of calls, scan and index files, and learn basic insurance fundamentals, contributing to a paperless workflow.
