Job summary

The Concord Group is seeking an Insurance Processing professional in New Hampshire to handle applications, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and related documentation under general supervision.

You will enter data on CRT, maintain policy files, and communicate with agents and departments, applying instructions and rates while supporting other departmental tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school education preferred.
• Six months to one year of office experience.
• Ability to operate calculators and CRT terminals.
• Mathematical skills and good penmanship.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

This job consists of the processing of applications of insurance, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, audits, binders and related material following specific procedures and guidelines under general supervision.

Requirements
