Job summary

Qualifications

At least five years of related experience in a financial institution, with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
Excellent communication and public relations skills.
Thorough understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements for a Credit Union.
Accurate and attentive to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional college coursework in business or finance preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the branch center on-site.
Lead and coach center staff to ensure service quality.
Ensure accurate transaction processing and adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitor performance metrics and manage staffing and scheduling.
Provide training, feedback and conflict resolution to employees.
Handle escalated member inquiries and support cross-selling of credit union products.
