The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of card processing. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. This full-time position supports a broad range of member and vendor inquiries.

Qualifications

• One to two years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of financial services and products provided by the credit union.
• Knowledge of Card Processing procedures and requirements.
• Excellent communication and public relations skills.
• Familiarity with related accounting procedures.
• Windows-based software programs including Word and Excel spreadsheets and ten key.

Responsibilities

• Perform card transaction processing and balancing.
• Complete posted duties accurately and on time.
• Manage customer service inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Assist with member transfers, payments, and other card-related issues.
