Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Branch Business Member Support Specialist at the Point West Center Branch to serve as the main resource for business members, handle inquiries, account servicing, and support loans and digital banking needs.

You will proactively engage new business members and ensure compliance while collaborating with lending and account servicing teams to tailor financial solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent banking experience.
• 2+ years in a banker role or customer relationship role.
• 1+ years as a Member Service Specialist II or business banking role at Golden 1 or another financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main resource for business members, handling inquiries, account servicing, loan processing, and escalations.
• Assist business members with online banking, ACH setups, credit solutions, and digital banking needs.
• Conduct proactive outreach to new business members to enhance engagement and foster lasting relationships.
• Process commercial loan servicing requests, including payment corrections, amortizations, and payoff calculations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
