Golden 1 Credit Union in Redding, CA is seeking a BUSINESS MEMBER SUPPORT SPECIALIST to serve as the primary contact for business members, delivering tailored deposit and lending guidance and ensuring smooth money movement services.

The role also supports branch operations as MSS III, handling consumer transactions and financial consultations while mentoring teammates to maintain an excellent service and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in banking/business or related field is required.
• Minimum two years of banking experience or customer relationship role; experience as MSS II or teller/ business product banking preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal regulations for credit unions; familiarity with commercial loan products and deposits.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main resource for business members, handling inquiries, account servicing, loan processing, and escalations.
• Assist business members with online banking, ACH setups, credit solutions, and tailored financial products.
• Conduct proactive outreach to new business members to strengthen engagement and relationships.
