Golden 1 Credit Union in Placerville, CA is seeking a Branch Business Member Support Specialist who provides expert service to business members, handles inquiries, account servicing, loan processing, and escalations.

You will assist with online banking, ACH setups, and digital services, collaborate with internal teams, ensure compliance, and mentor junior staff while delivering outstanding member experiences in a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in banking, preferably servicing business accounts or commercial loans.
2+ years of prior experience in a banker role or customer relationship role.
1+ years as a Member Service Specialist II, teller role, or business product banking role preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as main resource for business members, handling inquiries, account servicing, loan processing and escalations.
Assist with online banking, ACH setups, credit solutions, and digital products.
Conduct proactive outreach to new business members to foster engagement.
Process commercial loan servicing requests, including payments and payoff calculations.
Collaborate with lending, treasury management, and account servicing to provide comprehensive solutions.
Mentor and coach junior team members to promote a strong service culture.
