Job summary

Premier-Midwest Beer & Beverage is seeking a detail-oriented Branch Office Clerk to support daily branch operations. You will reconcile end-of-shift delivery paperwork, apply payments to invoices, code returns and finalize route information and deposits.

Work hours are 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and strong communication with drivers and customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clerical or customer service experience is preferred.
• Typing at least 45 words per minute and use a 10-key by touch is expected.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve missing invoice report for driver invoices.
• Balance and apply payments for driver invoices.
• Process daily deposits and perform clerical duties.
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate individuals.
• Daily reconciliation and cleanup of driver invoices.
