Job summary

Graybar in Washington state is seeking an Assistant Branch Administrator to handle job lot billing for customers, processing credits and deductions, and processing supplier returns to ensure accurate and timely transactions. You will obtain proofs of delivery, investigate and resolve supplier credits and billbacks, and maintain meticulous records to support branch operations.

Shifts are Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School education required.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficient data entry and computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Some related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks such as job lot billing, customer deductions, returns and credits.
• Obtain proofs of delivery.
• Investigate and resolve supplier credits and billbacks.
