Responsibilities

• Establish member relationships through quality service and cross selling VACU products/services to meet member needs.
• Handle each transaction accurately and seek approvals as needed.
• Perform paying/receiving functions with accurate balancing and reporting.
• Disburse cash, maintain and balance cash drawer daily.
• Verify and balance cash drawer with minimal variances and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
• Refer members to appropriate services and deepen relationships.
• Open memberships and deposit/loan accounts.
• Provide referrals for lending and maintain knowledge of VACU policies.
