The role requires a Bachelor's in Business Administration or Finance and 3+ years of banking management experience, with a strong grasp of commercial lending and risk control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• 3+ years of banking management and lending or related experience.
• Deep understanding of Commercial Lending concepts.
• Business Development experience preferred.
• Basic working knowledge of branch/banking management, operations, policies and lending concepts.
• Knowledge of banking laws and regulations.
• Strong decision making, risk mitigation and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a branch with regards to sales, operations, and regulatory compliance to meet lending, deposit, and fee income goals.
• Manages staff performance, development, and evaluations.
• Provides banking services and counselor to meet clients' needs.
• Develops programs to maximize profitability, minimize risk, and improve customer service and product knowledge.
• Acquires, expands and maintains client relationships through inside and outside business development.
