Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisor or leadership experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of banking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the banking center to meet/exceed sales goals for loans, deposits, referrals and profitability.
• Assess clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop and expand small business banking relationships through calling efforts and referrals.
• Oversee branch deposits and consumer loan production and growth to meet budgets.
• Promote bank products and services within the community.
• Manage operational aspects including audits, cash controls, and security.
