Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of one year of retail banking experience including cash handling.
• Previous supervisory and sales experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open, maintain and close various bank accounts.
• Process teller transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Generate referrals and cross-sell bank products to meet sales goals.
• Make outbound sales calls to current and prospective clients.
• Notary duties if credentialed and compliant with policy.
• Ensure daily balance and adherence to bank procedures and security controls.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist other tellers as needed.
• Maintain a professional teller area in line with bank policy and dress code.
