Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage teller cash drawer to cover daily branch needs.
• Sign official checks up to $50,000 and complete teller overrides.
• Process savings, checking, and holiday savings accounts, loan payments, and safe deposit box rentals.
• Sell money orders, official checks, and collect applicable fees.
• Ensure teller balances daily and investigate discrepancies with the manager.
• Deliver superior customer service and work well in a team environment.
• Maintain bank policy compliance including vault cash handling and security procedures.
• Open/close branch following security procedures and cross-sell banking products.
