Job summary

Flagstar Bank in Phelan, CA is seeking a Branch Banking Client Consultant II to provide best-in-class experience by resolving client concerns and detailing products to meet financial needs. This role focuses on client management, retention, and introductions to mortgage and business banking partners to connect clients with experts.

The position involves more lending and basic investment interactions, and participation in complex banking conversations with clients, with an emphasis on compliance

Qualifications

Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.
Minimum experience required: 4 - 5 years customer service and sales experience.
Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures.

Responsibilities

Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance (outstanding deposits, outstanding loans, non-interest income) and primary client acquisition.
Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems and/or complaints and through research and communication resolve in a timely and effective manner.
Risk Management: Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly.
